What size bracelet do I need?

Most of our bracelets are available in 19 cm or 21 cm.

Measure your wrist tightly with a tape measure or string (without slack), and add about 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit.

👉 Is your wrist circumference around 17.5 cm? Then choose 19 cm.

👉 Is your wrist 19.5 cm or larger? Then go for 21 cm.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship on working days within 24 hours. You will receive an email with track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does the delivery take?

We ship lightning fast, so your order usually arrives within a few days.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the delivery time is 2–4 working days.

For France, it takes on average 3–5 working days, and for Spain, Italy, and Portugal usually 4–7 working days.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from the Netherlands. During busy periods (such as the holidays), delivery may take a little longer, but we always do our best to deliver your gift as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs

We like to keep it simple: at Gifts by WoodzZ you temporarily pay no shipping costs – all orders are shipped for free, regardless of the order amount or destination.

How does returning work?

Returns are free and can be made until after the holidays (January 14). Just send us an email, and we will arrange it immediately.
