Refund policy

We use a return policy of 30 days. This means that after receiving your Article 30 days you have the time to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you have received it, not worn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item that you have and to buy the new item separately once the return has been requested.


Legal cooling -off period of 14 days in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for whatever reason and without giving reasons. Just like above, your item must be in the same state as in which you have received it, not worn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a voucher or the proof of purchase.


Repayment
When we have received and inspected you, you will be notified of this and let us know if the return has been approved. Upon approval you will be automatically reimbursed within ten working days via the original payment method. Remember that it can take some time before the Bank of Credit card company has processed and poured the reimbursement.
Contact us via customer service@woodzz.shop if it is more than 15 working days since we have approved you back.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Returning is free, you can request a return label via customer service@woodzz.shop

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.

To use this right you can contact us via klantenservice@woodzz.shop. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

    What warranty do we offer on Woodzzz products?

    Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects that occur during normal use. If a problem arises within 6 months of purchase, we will ensure repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the problem.

    Guarantee conditions.

    • Woodzz offers a 6 -month warranty period on all its products, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing errors and defects that occur during normal use of the product.

    • The warranty only applies to products that have been purchased directly from Woodzz or from an authorized WoodZZ dealer. The proof of purchase or the invoice is required for all warranty claims.

    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, abuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized changes or any other form of external factors.

    • WoodZZ reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product to its own discretion. If the product cannot be repaired or is no longer available, WoodZZ can choose to offer a similar product of equal value.

    • The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original buyer of the product.

    • For warranty claims, the buyer must contact Woodzzz customer service and report the problem. Woodzz can request photos or other documentation to support the warranty claim.

    • Any shipping or transport costs in connection with warranty claims are for the account of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed with Woodzzz.

    • Woodzz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use of its products.

    • These warranty conditions are additional to any legal rights that the buyer has on the basis of consumer protection laws and have no influence on these rights.
